George F. Brooks III has been involved in educating New Hampshire Real Estate Professionals since 1985. The New Hampshire Real Estate Commission required Continuing Education for Real Estate Brokers and George was one of the first instructors of the Core Course. This was offered at the New Hampshire Technical College in Manchester, NH.

The State of New Hampshire enlisted George to develop Continuing Education Courses to help unemployed individuals to cross train into the Real Estate Appraisal field. Since that time Real Estate Appraisal Courses were developed. These included both Qualifying Courses as well as Continuing education. Over the years, 100’s of New Hampshire Appraisers have attended these classes.

Currently, the courses offered are predominantly continuing education courses. New courses include Green Construction as well as updated Report Writing Classes.
