Glenn S. Leo

Glenn S. Leo has been affiliated with Brooks Real Estate Services since June 2009.

He brings to the organization many years of varied Real Estate Experience.  Early in Glenn’s career he was involved in the Construction Industry.  He was involved in residential, multi family and commercial building as a carpenter.  In 1985 he became a carpenter foreman.

After moving to Connecticut he was involved in utilizing all of the carpentry restoration techniques in the Restoration of Period houses.

In the late 1990’s he owned his own firm, Leo Design/Build.  Designing Residential additions and remodels as well as executing the construction.

In 1982, he graduated from Central Maine Technical College with an Associates degree in Building Construction Technology.  This degree and his work experience led to an interest in Architecture.

In 2000 Glenn graduated with High Honors from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston, MA with a Bachelors of Architecture.  Since that time Glenn  worked as an Architect with Architectural firms  working on many different types of projects performing duties that included Drafting, Designing and all the way up to Project Management.  Projects included Private Residences, Retail Buildings, Strip Malls, Restaurants, Office Buildings, Animal Hospitals, Supermarkets and Automobile Dealerships.  Licensed in 2006.

Most recently, with Brooks Real Estate Services, Glenn has been involved in appraising residential properties that include all types of residences, multi million dollar residences, “Green” construction, cluster housing, condominiums as well as construction inspections and draw verification.
